20 scroll-stopping hooks, 60 ready-to-post lines, for any clinic. Dental, skin, aesthetics, physio, chiro, eye care, wellness. Pick a hook, fill the blanks, film it today.
If the first line of your reel doesn't make a patient stop, nothing after it matters. Not your equipment, not your results, not your prices.
Every hook below comes with a template, why it works, and 2 examples from different clinic types. Swap in your own treatment, patient and city.
I group the hooks by the job they do best:
Say it out loud in the first 2 seconds. No intro, no "Hi guys."
Put the same words on screen as text. Most people watch on mute.
Pay it off in the rest of the reel. A hook that promises something you don't deliver kills trust.
End with one action: "Comment [WORD] and I'll send you [prices / slots / the guide]."
If you've been putting off [treatment] for over a year, this is for you.
It names one exact person. Everyone who fits feels spoken to, and everyone who doesn't scrolls past, which is fine.
Tired of [result] that doesn't last?
It says out loud what they complain about privately. When you describe their problem better than they can, they assume you can fix it.
The everyday habit that might be behind your [problem].
People love finding out the real reason for something they've lived with. It also makes you the expert who knows it.
[Common belief] is a myth. Here's what's actually true.
It challenges something they believe, so they stay to see if you're right.
[Small problem] doesn't stay small. First [X], then [Y], then [Z].
It shows the cost of waiting. People act to avoid a bigger problem far faster than to get a nice result.
Don't do this before your [treatment].
Nobody wants to be the person making the mistake. Warnings get watched to the end.
How many of these apply to you? Be honest.
They count along in their head. If they hit 2 or more, the reel just became about them.
[Time] ago, she couldn't [X]. Today...
A before and after story is the strongest proof there is. Always get written patient consent first.
I asked my patient what changed after [treatment].
A patient saying it is more believable than you saying it. Let them talk.
Why [number] people in [city] booked [treatment] last month.
Numbers create social proof. Other people choosing you makes it safer to choose you. Only use numbers you can back up.
If you want [result] by [event or season], you need to start now.
It gives a real reason to act today instead of someday.
I have [number] [treatment] slots left this month. Comment [WORD] for the details.
A real limit plus one easy action. Use it only when the limit is true.
Want to know if [treatment] is right for you? Comment [WORD] and I'll send you [prices / a quick checklist].
It turns a viewer into a conversation without asking them to book anything yet. Small step, big jump in replies.
Clinics live on trust. One wrong hook can cost more than a quiet month.
No guaranteed results. "Results may vary" is true for every treatment. Say what's typical, not what's promised.
No fake numbers or fake scarcity. If you say 5 slots, have 5 slots.
No patient photos or stories without written consent.
No fear-mongering or conspiracy angles. "What doctors don't want you to know" may get views. It also gets you reported.
No assuming their condition in ads. Meta rejects ads that imply the viewer has a medical condition ("Is your acne ruining your life?"). Speak about the topic, not about them: "3 things that help with adult acne."
Check your local rules. Medical and dental boards have advertising rules. Follow yours.
A hook gets attention. It doesn't finish the reel. Most clinic owners get stuck right after the first line: what do I say next, what do I film, how do I end it?
